Information we collect
Contact and account details you provide, such as name, email, company, role, demo notes, login credentials, and private API key metadata.
Product and technical data needed to operate the service, including watchlist activity, request metadata, device profile, app version, diagnostics, IP-derived region, cookies or similar identifiers, and analytics events.
How we use information
We use information to provide the website, desktop beta, market data APIs, account access, support, security monitoring, abuse prevention, product analytics, and demo or trial coordination.
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, security checks, and customer communication under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Market data and retention
The_ECHO may process market symbols, watchlists, news reads, training progress, and API usage so the product can refresh data, preserve preferences, and improve reliability.
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for product operation, legal compliance, security, backups, analytics, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize them where practical.
Your choices and security
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, unsubscribe handling, or API key rotation through the contact page or the account flows available in the product.
We use access controls, hashed credentials, encrypted provider credentials where configured, logging, rate limits, and monitoring. No internet service is perfectly secure.
