Product access
The_ECHO is a desktop-first market terminal for research, watchlists, news context, review workflows, and training. Beta, trial, team, and enterprise access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, devices, tokens, and private API keys secure, and for all activity that occurs through your account or credentials.
Market data and content
Market data, news, filings, financial metrics, signals, charts, and training content are provided for information and workflow support. They may be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, or sourced from third parties.
You may not redistribute, resell, scrape at scale, bypass rate limits, remove source notices, or use data in a way that violates exchange, provider, legal, or contractual restrictions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, attack the APIs, upload malicious content, or use the product for unlawful market activity.
We may limit requests, rotate or revoke API keys, remove abusive usage, and suspend access to protect users, data providers, infrastructure, and legal obligations.
Service changes and responsibility
Features, packages, prices, data coverage, and availability may change. Beta software can contain errors and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The_ECHO is provided without performance, profit, accuracy, or uninterrupted-availability promises. Your trading and investment decisions remain your responsibility.
